Refund and Returns Policy

If you are about to use any of our products or services, please carefully read and understand the user agreement.

Basic statements

Unless otherwise specified, our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If our company is not the manufacturer of the product, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Book with obvious signs of use.
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment or other negotiated ways, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at sales@hxhightech.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to our designated physical address, because we have multiple factories or shipping places to deal with different products.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the product is returned due to quality issues within the warranty period, we will bear the freight.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Quality statement

Our products are strictly tested when leaving the factory, and we ensure that all parameters meet the corresponding standards. However, some parts are produced by third parties, and the characteristics of semiconductor components are uncontrollable to some degree. Therefore, there is a very small probability that the products are delivered to customers with quality issues.

Quality problems only include that the electrical, mechanical and other physical parameters of the product do not meet the standards, or circuit and mechanical faults, excluding small deformation, minor defects that do not affect usage or surface pollution caused by express delivery and other reasons. Quality problems also do not include software bugs that users can update themselves or inconsistent user habits.

Disclaimer

The operating system and the software included in some products are only for your personal use, not for commercial use. In case of commercial use or secondary sale, please purchase the genuine copy and strictly abide by the commercial license and distribution agreement of the operating system and the software. We shall not be liable for any loss or problems caused by your violation of the third-party agreements or copyrights.

Due to the complexity of industrial control products and the complexity of the usage environment, users need to be qualified to use those products and pay extra attention. Under any circumstance, we shall not be liable for the user’s data loss, profit loss, damages, collateral damages and other indirect damages , even though we have been told the possibility of such damages in advance.

Due to the complexity of industrial control products and the complexity of the usage environment, we don’t guarantee that there are no defects or errors with our products and we also don’t ensure the validity, stability and the data accuracy. Please verify the relevant content by yourself.

You shall respect and retain the copyrights and other ownership statements contained in the product and the third-party parts which include the operating system and the software, and you shall not modify, copy, publicly display, publish or distribute these materials or otherwise use them for any public or commercial purposes.

Some products, such as mechanical products and lasers, are quite dangerous. Users must carefully read the instructions, obtain qualifications and operate carefully. We are not liable for personal injury and loss caused by wrong use.

If you violate the above provisions, you shall be liable for all the consequences.

The disputes arising from the issues mentioned in this statement shall only be governed by the laws of the country where the corresponding product manufacturer locates.

We have the final right of interpretation and modification of this statement.
