The multipurpose 3D printer aims to provide a high-performance multi-axis motion platform. It provides solutions of high rigidity, high performance, high flexibility, modularization and expandability for college teaching, laboratories, maker spaces, small companies, creative clubs, middle schools, training institutions, startups, individuals, freelancers, DIYers, families, etc.
All-in-one machine with 3D printing, CNC engraving, water-cooled laser engraving, and flatbed printing
High rigidity. Different from the cheap solutions on the market, the platform provides a frame structure of high rigidity with integrated welding technology. It uses carbon steel, stainless steel and aviation aluminum as the main materials and is equipped with strong round rails and square rails to achieve high rigidity.
High flexibility. The shells of the machine are designed to be easily folded and disassembled, and the X/Y modules are separated, which makes the model easy to transport and assemble. It is also suitable for teaching demonstrations and secondary development. This series has functions such as automatic leveling, collision detection, laser positioning, and visual positioning that are always not available in cheap machines. The large size (300mm*300mm*250mm) offers more application possibilities.
High performance. This series uses high-power 57 stepper motors and GT2-15mm precise arc synchronous belts to achieve high speed and high load. It uses FPGA+ARM structure to achieve high-performance interpolation control, and uses quad-core ARM-Cortex A7 console to realize graphical and convenient UI display .
Modularized design. The motion platform provides a 3D printing module, a water-cooled 500W CNC module, a 5W laser module, a quick-drying inkjet module, and a drawing module. It also offers a laser engraving table, a CNC reinforced table and other workpiece fixing methods, which can be replaced in 3 minutes without extra tools and without calibration.
Scalability. The motion platform can be connected to a general instrument platform. Users can expand other functions such as FCT and chip testing by themselves.
