HX DLM-25 digital ruler (engraver levelling assistant) is used in machine tools, engraving machine leveling and tool setting and other fields that require automated measurement.
In the field of stone processing, DLM-25 is used to measure the ups and downs of the stone surface to correct the movement path of the engraving machine.
The DLM-25 digital ruler has a measurement accuracy of one thousandth of a millimeter and an effective travel of 25 mm.
It supports wireless and wired measurement, and contains 2.45GHz wireless module and lithium battery inside.

Description

DLM-25 digital ruler has an stm32 high-speed MCU and 24-bit high-precision ADC to meet the needs for real-time online high-precision measurement.
Users can use a USB cable to connect it to a host computer, or choose to read measurement  data through wireless transmission. The built-in 2.4G communication module supports multi-frequency hopping communication to meet the reliability requirements of wireless links in the case of industrial environment interference.
It has a high-life linear position sensor that can achieve 1 million measurements.
We provide precision calibration software for aging compensation.
DLM-25 can completely replace traditional engraver levelling assistant and be used in stone carving industry.
