Made a 3D Printer Based on Aluminum Profiles

Frequently-used 3D printing technologies include FDM, SLA and SLS. Among them, the FDM type 3D printer has the highest cost performance and better printing strength, and is especially suitable for DIY users.

We made this high-speed FDM 3D printer using a sturdy aluminum profile frame to achieve a printing speed of up to 200mm/s. The metal bracket, high-power 42 stepper motors, high-current driver chip DRV8825 contributed a lot.

Made a Stainless Steel Engraving Machine

Earlier, we designed a small acrylic table engraving machine (300mm * 300mm * 15mm), but many users are not satisfied with the small size and insufficient rigidity.
This 201 stainless steel engraving machine designed by us can solve this problem. This engraving machine has a longer travel of (400mm * 400mm * 200mm) and strong rigidity, which can ensure the stability and accuracy of the engraving process.

Made a Small Car Based on ROS

ROS is often used to drive robots because of its built-in diversified functions and good expansibility. It is mostly used in universities, research institutions or in the early stage of production to improve the efficiency of product R&D cycle. Later, when the product or function is finalized, the completed design and codes will be transplanted to the embedded system to achieve the best cost performance and high-speed performance.
This is a crawler car made by us, with machine vision and automatic tracking function and built-in ROS host.
