Thanks to the development of semiconductor technology and programming methods, the Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) are widely used in factory production lines, public facilities, medical equipment, etc. because of their excellent stability, reliability, flexibility, versatility and convenience. With the help of PLCs, workers can easily modify the functions of the machine in the workshop or quickly develop a new equipment without the participation of a large number of professional software engineers.
These years, the traditional PLC programming based on instructions and ladder diagrams is gradually outdated and limited in performance. But as we all know, the popularization of new programming ideas among workers has proved a rather slow process. Therefore, we have developed a series of PLC modules based on the G+ programming system, which can be compatible with traditional G codes.
So far, we have the following modules:
[G+ Host]   [M7S6 (7-Axis Host)]   [3-Axis Terminal Block]   [4-Axis Terminal Block]   [Expansion I/O Block with Drivers]   [Expansion I/O Block for Logic Levels]   [USB Hub] [485/CAN Hub]   [Analog Interface Block] [Monitoring Block]   [Handwheel Driver]   [4-channel Stepper Motor Driver]
G+ Series PLCs are especially suitable for industrial control and commercial applications such as CNC machine tools, multi-axis engraving machines, hybrid machining centers, mechanical arms, navigation vehicles, aircraft, robots, production lines and various instruments. The G + language is interpreted and executed by the G+ virtual machine GVM.
GVM can seamlessly run on our PLC module (G + host) and perfectly support all other interface modules.

For more information on G+, please refer to the G+ and MCC link.
Main Features of G+ Series PLCs
  • Liberoll control core, Metal mixed-time operating system with Fleet kernel.
  • Various linkage and non-linkage motion and IO device operations.
  • Cascaded sockets make the chassis clean and tidy.
  • High-performance, real-time and accurate event synchronization.
  • Rich expansion interfaces and module interconnection.
The liberoll motion control core and the mixed-time operating system (Metal), developed independently by us, have no limit on the number of linkage axes and GPIOs. They support arbitrary spatial curve interpolation, arbitrary adjustment of precision and speed, arbitrary linkage and separation of axis motion, multi-pipeline and multi-threaded execution, IO asynchronous and synchronous event management, dynamic adjustment in operation, and program modification in operation.
The terminal block includes high-speed pulse and direction signal output, standard IO signal series, output level conversion and IO expansion.
There are two types of terminal blocks available: 3-axis terminal blocks and 4-axis terminal blocks. Several terminal blocks can be connected end-to-end to expand the number of output axes.
The HX PLC modules use a special communication protocol and we have customized a special electrical and mechanical structure. Any module can be connected end-to-end on the standard electrical guide rail, so that a wireless control cabinet can be realized.
