HXCNC-4A engraving machine control board is an integrated control system specially designed for small desktop engraving machines/3D printers/laser engraving machines/mechanical arms. It consists of a high-performance core board with FPGA-ARM architecture and a backplane with rich peripherals including five high-voltage drives. It supports five-axis linkage and arbitrary curve interpolation, as well as the Liberoll motion system with G+ multi-channel programming (multi-threaded) features.
The following hardware resources are onboard:
5 stepper motor drivers, each with a maximum current of 2.5A, supports 42 and 57 series stepper motors.
Onboard voltage regulator output, 5.3V-12.5V, adjusted by program, can drive external servos or other modules.
5V and 3.3V fixed power output.
Spindle PWM driver – 12A MAX.
Heat bed PWM driver – 12A MAX.
Digital servo connection port (universal serial port) X1.
4 Output channels to the external drivers.
Voice broadcast, directly connected to a 1.5W speaker.
Bluetooth interface.
Parallel LCD interface.
