We have designed over 30 interesting and useful circuit modules covering the basics of analog circuits, digital circuits and microcontrollers. These modules are small appliances, tools and toys.
This is the atomizing humidifier module we are testing. Discrete components and operational amplifiers form an oscillator, which drives the ultrasonic atomizer to work after power amplification. Because the working frequency band of the ultrasonic atomizer is very narrow, how to compensate for the frequency shift caused by temperature changes is the most important part. And how to realize peak overvoltage protection through logic and feedback circuits is also a difficulty.
We provide the PCB and components for each module. After soldering, you can power up the modules through a DC adapter, battery case or USB cable. Besides, we offer a set of plastic housings for the modules. You can also make them yourself.
